Meet Bea is designed for people supporting a loved one facing:

• Independence and life-skills challenges

• Alcohol and substance use challenges

It can also help therapists, counselors, coaches, and care teams stay informed between appointments.

A Meet Bea Member is the person receiving support. They complete weekly check-ins, work toward agreed-upon goals, and build momentum through consistent participation.

A Meet Bea Supporter is someone who wants to help. This may be a parent, family member, friend, caregiver, sponsor, or trusted mentor. Supporters can provide encouragement, financial support, and accountability while receiving visibility into progress.

Once a week, Members complete a brief check-in by answering a series of personalized questions and submitting a required selfie with timestamp verification.

The check-in helps Supporters stay informed, provides accountability between appointments, and creates a consistent way to recognize progress, identify concerns early, and encourage follow-through. A weekly report card is then generated and shared with approved Supporters and Support Team members.

For those who want broader visibility, Bea Insight also allows approved Support Team members—such as therapists, counselors, or coaches—to stay informed between appointments.
